I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations or reschedules.

Please understand that when you don't show up or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.

A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment time.

 

Reschedule notification given at least 25-36 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 75% of service amount.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 75% of the service amount.

If you do not show up for your appointment your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 75% of the entire service charge.

Same day rescheduling fee is $25.00.

No Refunds will be given for services rendered.
